Fees
One examination, one fee, quoted before you book. It covers the pre-test interview, the examination itself, the examiner’s analysis and the written report. There is no separate charge for any of those, and no charge at all for the call where we work out whether an examination will help you.

What is included
- The pre-appointment call, and the question wording agreed with you in writing.
- The full appointment, including the pre-test interview.
- Analysis and a written report within one working day.
- A verbal discussion of the outcome before you leave.
- One free re-test where an inconclusive result is not the examinee’s doing.
Two examinations, two fees
If you have two genuinely separate questions, that is two examinations and two fees. We know how that sounds. The alternative — running both issues in one sitting — measurably degrades the reliability of both results, so it is not something we will do however the question is put to us.
Payment
Payment is taken when the appointment is confirmed. Attorney and agency instructions can be invoiced on the firm’s or agency’s account. If you need to move an appointment, give us as much notice as you can and there is normally no charge for doing so.
Be careful of a much cheaper quote
A properly conducted single-issue examination takes two to three hours of an examiner’s time, most of it before the instrument is switched on. A fee that implies a forty-minute appointment is telling you what you would be getting. Ask anyone quoting substantially less how long the pre-test interview will take.
